  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale.

2. Refunds

  • Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

3. Exchanges

  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
